Lauren Mclean is an internationally exhibited Food and Drink Photographer.

She is happy to work on location or from her studio in London, which is fully equipped for shooting both motion and stills. It is her home away from home with a fully fitted kitchen, and more flamingos than London Zoo. You will always get a warm welcome at Lauren’s Studio!

Lauren loves collaborating with clients, art directors, and food stylists to get the most mouth-watering shots. She also enjoys a challenge and any chance to experiment and push the boundaries within food and drink.

Her studio is full of photographic curiosities, props and equipment allowing her to exploit any further potential and get the best throughout her shoots. She also has great coffee... A vital part to any successful shoot!

Lauren is inspired by numerous areas within culture and design. Mix that with a keen eye for colour and texture, plus a passion for lighting and a strong composition, means Lauren creates bold and vibrant imagery. She is very adaptable and loves the challenge of thinking on her feet, to create the most delicious imagery. Lauren loves to bring peoples ideas to life, but also to give her creative input to any brief. Lauren believes that to successfully create beautiful and impactful photography, you need to be a team player, and she is definitely this.

Lauren studied art and digital media in Leeds before moving to London in 2006. Before settling into her love for food and drink photography, Lauren worked across an interesting range of photographic disciplines, including product, portraits, documenting the collection at the Victoria &Albert Museum, events, and even forensics.

Lauren works with a wide range of clients from supermarkets and restaurants, to food manufacturers, and magazines. Some of her clients include; Sainsburys, Godiva, Co-op, Braun, General Mills, Delicious Magazine, Sipsmiths, Premier Foods, Hotpoint, and Diageo.

She is happy to shoot packaging, editorial, social media, POS, and advertising, in both static and motion.
